Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection. The space The entire house is at guests' disposal. A huge fully equipped kitchen can be used. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are divided over 2 floors. The guests on the first floor will share the main bathroom with the guests of the bedroom on the same level. For guest 7+8, I offer two more places to sleep in the big livingroom area, an additional bed (1.40 x 2m) will be added then additionally besides the orange couch, if needed. the top floor is laid out as a loft with a wood stove, which promises cozy evenings. Large terrace in the back of the house with barbecue for cozy summer nights. Bedlinen and towels, showergel / shampoos / body lotion (luxury products from the local brand Susanne Kaufmann) are provided. Other things to note Any open fire or smoking in the house is not allowed. I suggest you use slippers, which are provided, in the upper living area. To be noticed: The house is not very suitable for small children, as it has an open stairway to the upper floor (please refer to the photo ”stairway to the upper floor” in the listing). Pets are not allowed, I do depending on the case, make exceptions though for smaller dogs by request, if petowners present an insurance, covering any damage and the ratings are excellent. Please note another important information: the daily tourist tax of 2.40 Euros per person (children up to 14 years are free) has to be paid extra directly upon arrival, this is not included in the booking price. The Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal guest card is available to all guests who are staying between 1 May and October 31, 2023 Book three or more nights. It offers free admission to all public swimming pools, free use of the public bus network and access to all cable cars and cable cars in the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal.
