Magnificent loft in the east side of Paris in the heart of Belleville, this duplex has a patio that will give you an incerdible light all day and the impression to be in the countryside. As an italian and french couple with a baby, we warmly welcome you from all over the world with all cultures. The space There is not a lot of space like that in Paris. Our house is really special. It's a loft on two floors starting at the first floor of an old warehouse, rebuilt by architects in 2010. It's a wood structure with a central patio that gives light in the all apartment. It gives the impression to be in the countryside in the heart of the City. At the second floor, there are two rooms with big attics. The first room with a very confortable two places bed and a little window that gives a sight on the patio. A private bathroom with a bathtub inside the bedroom. The other room is smaller and it's a child bedroom with a bed for baby. At the first floor, there is the third bedroom with a sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower. In the same floor, there is the kitchen, certainly the most beautiful room of the house, completely enlighten by a triple exposure of light, from the patio, the sky and the street. You will spend your time together around a nice dinner or a cup of coffee. It's a warm place to have your breakfast with croissants from the bakery not far away. Guest access You have a full access to the apartment. Other things to note It's a house that can be very fun for children. It's perfect to hide...
