Located 50 meters from the beach with spectacular ocean and mountain views, in a spectacular natural setting full of fine sand beaches, mountains, cliffs and lush vegetation. The quality of the architecture, the south-facing orientation, the relationship with the natural environment, and the proximity to the beach make this a unique house. In addition, it is only a 5-minute drive to Llanes or Posada and a 50-minute drive to Oviedo or Santander. The space Designed for 6 people, although it has a legal capacity for 8 (with two extra beds), it is fully equipped to live in and has a large parking area for several cars. On the ground floor there is a double-height living room with three sofas, a dining room that seats 8 people, a fully-equipped kitchen that opens to the living room with a bar and stools. A large porch with a dining room, sitting area, south-facing and access to the garden. A bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the first floor there is a study/viewpoint, ideal for enjoying the views or working, with fiber optic and with a screen and keyboard to connect a laptop. On this same floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom, one of them with a covered terrace with ocean and mountain views. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace with one of the best views in the area. As in most houses, there is always some small detail that could be improved and that usually goes unnoticed in 99% of the cases of guests who come to enjoy the stay. Guest access The entire house is for guests only. Other things to note As good hosts, we live in the next house and are available at all times. Everyone is welcome here and the treatment will always be friendly and warm. Although it is important to read the house rules carefully before booking, since smoking, partying, excessive noise, overnight stays for more people than are indicated on the reservation, and charging electric cars without permission is prohibited. Upon arrival, an admission card must be filled out, and all guests over 16 years of age must fill out and sign a registration form that will be handed over to the Civil Guard within the first 24 hours.
