Les Vernes du Léman cottage with magnificent lake views

Old farmhouse located in Maxilly/Léman, 3 minutes from Évian-les-Bains and 25 minutes from the Swiss border. This authentic cottage is bathed in greenery. A little country air close to the city. Space, freedom, family spirit, friendliness and nature describe Les Vernes well. The first ski resorts are 20 minutes away (Thollon-les-Mémises, Bernex) and the Portes du Soleil are a short hour away (Avoriaz, Châtel). The space Arriving, beautiful view from the Les Mémises balcony, not to mention the stunning views of Lake Geneva from the cottage. It consists of a large living room, 61 m2 dining room with open kitchen including a central island for more conviviality. The kitchen is well equipped, raclette and fondue machine are available in the cottage. Two refrigerators and a freezer are at your disposal. The living room includes a seating area, a large table that seats 12 to 14 people and a foosball table. Upstairs 5 bedrooms overlooking a long balcony with a beautiful lake view. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. In total: 3 double beds in 160x200 and 7 single beds in 90x200 (including 2 on the landing in a trundle bed). There is an extra bed in the cottage. A crib is available. PLEASE NOTE: bed linen and bath towels are not included (option available on request or you can bring your own linen). Description: - A double bedroom with shower room and toilet. (queen bed) - A family bedroom consisting of a double bedroom (bed 160) with shower room and a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and a toilet. - Another family bedroom consisting of a small bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bedroom (bed 160) with bathroom and toilet. Guest access This farm is divided into two distinct parts: a residential part occupied by the owners and a cottage part overlooking Lake Geneva and the horses. For more autonomy, a key box is available at the entrance to the cottage. Other things to note In 2021, the cottage was completely renovated to modernize it. Modernity, elegance and comfort are our watchwords for our cottage "Les Vernes". NAMELY: - Linens and towels are not included, contact us if you need anything. - We provide bath mats and dish towels. - The minimum necessary is provided (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, herbs, garbage bags, aluminum foil and baking paper, etc.). If you need childcare, we can provide you with contacts, please do not hesitate to ask. We can also give you the contact details of a home masseuse if you want to treat yourself to a wellness moment. Weekly rental during school holidays from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of holidays, minimum two consecutive night rental. Please take care of the items (books, board games, etc.) left at your disposal in order to maintain the comfort for future guests. In case of small breakages or damage, don't panic, it can happen but please let us know so we can do what is necessary and replenish. Note that our accommodation is not suitable for wedding events.
