This booking includes Room 1 - Double + single bed room, Room 5 - 4 x single bed room (both have access to 2 shared bathrooms), Room 7 - twin ensuite room and Room 8 - 3 x single bed room with private bathroom across the hall. Note we have up to 6 private rooms so you may be placed in a different style room based on availability but will notify you if there are any changes upon booking confirmation. Deansgate just 500m, next to Salford Central Rail Station, 12 mins to Manchester City Centre. The space The Egerton Arms Budget Letting Rooms are on the 1st & 2nd floor above an Edwardian era traditional English pub. The building is 180 years old and it is not the Ritz, but we try our best to keep it clean and tidy. This historic public house was a watering hole for the Coronation Street cast ITV TV soap in the 1960's, 70's, and 80's. The WC toilet extension was opened by Stan Ogden. Manchester United's players of the 1960's and 70's used the pub for ‘rest and relaxation' with the likes of George Best & Nobby Stiles regulars. Ask the staff about the stories!! Today it is still a popular Man Utd pub with matches shown on Sky TV & BT Sport. Darts, Pool & dominoes available. Our customers range from the bin man to the barrister. Guest access Private lockable bedrooms above a pub. Three shared bathrooms. We have Sky Sports, BT Sport + pool table + dart board. Great craft beers + lagers, ciders, stouts, wines and spirits. Outdoor Smoking Area Other things to note Please note; Check in is from 2pm onwards. The Pub closes at 11.30pm and the entrance door will be locked - A Returnable Deposit is required for the entrance keys if you are out later than this. We require a £40 IN CASH as deposit. Please ensure you have this with you when you check in if entrance key is required. Check out is 10.45am sharp please. We can arrange later chaeck out for a small fee to cover return of cleaner and inspector. Cooking Smoking We do not accept any cooking of any nature in the Egerton Arms Hotel bedrooms. This no cooking in rooms rule will be strictly enforced. Note an extra cleaning fee minimum fee of £25 will apply if guests smoke in the rooms or create unreasonable mess and dirtiness in the bedrooms or shared areas of The Egerton Arms Hotel.
