The space The villa measures approximately 90 square meters, excluding outdoor spaces, and is located approximately 100 meters from the sea with private access to the residence's cliff. It features one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet, and shower), two twin bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a second bathroom (sink, toilet, and bidet). The spacious living room, outdoor verandas, and furnished garden (tables, sofas, armchairs, chairs, deckchairs, and umbrellas) offer all the space and comfort you need for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinner, as well as sunbathing and enjoying the sea view. Without needing a car or other transportation, just a short walk from the villa, you'll be 100 meters from the residence's cliff, or just 500 meters from the beautiful Fontane Bianche beach, nestled between golden sand and crystal-clear water. Here, you can choose between a private beach or a public one. Upon returning to the villa from your excursions or trips to the beach, you can enjoy a hot outdoor shower and then cool off with an aperitif on the veranda. The residence has a concierge service, and access is restricted to residents and their guests. The residence is composed of single-family villas arranged sloping down to the sea and offers direct and exclusive access to the cliff and the sea, access to the sea, and mobile platforms on the cliff during the summer (usually from mid-June to mid-September). The residence also features a bar (June-September), a soccer field, and a basketball court during the summer season.
