There is no access to the unfinished basement. This single family home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and offers off-street parking (driveway) and free on-street parking in front of the home. Great location that includes a short drive to the tourist attractions located in the heart of downtown. A grocery store and Super Walmart are located within a 5-10 minute drive and only minutes from access points to Interstate 80. There are sprinklers in both the front and back yard that come on every day during the summer between 6am and 7am and again between 9pm and 10pm.
