Townhouse 150 m from the sea

This house is ideal for enjoying the seaside! It is located only 150 m from Les Demoiselles beach! It is located in a very nice neighborhood, where all amenities are within easy reach. It was completely renovated in 2021, and is perfectly equipped. Its area of 58 m2 is pleasant, and the beautiful terrace will allow you to get some fresh air and enjoy the Vendée sun. The space The house is bright and very pleasant for everyday life. We have completely renovated it with care, so that it is up to date. It is equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The living space is on the ground floor: living room with sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, toaster), meals are taken on the island. The bathroom has a large shower and a vanity unit, the toilet is separate, and a washing machine is available for your use. Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds, as well as another toilet and a vanity unit. For your comfort, the accommodation is fully equipped with electric blinds. You will also have a nice private and enclosed terrace to enjoy the outdoors: equipped with a table and chairs. Guest access Parking is directly on the street, which offers enough spaces. Important information: during the summer (July/August) you will need to park your vehicle on a street perpendicular to the beach avenue on the 2 market days (Monday and Thursday). The market is located at the foot of the building, and all along the beach avenue. Other things to note You can book for a minimum of 2 days outside the summer period, please feel free to contact me by message for special requests. I respond quickly! The accommodation is to be returned with the cleaning done (we provide you with the cleaning products and the necessary equipment). We obviously provide a duvet and two pillows per bed. Towels will not be provided for the rental. Bed sheets are also not provided (beds are 140 x 200, duvets 220 x 240 and pillows 60 x 60): otherwise we offer the possibility to buy the necessary single-use protections for €15/room. Please note that I have two listings for rent in the same place, so don't hesitate to look at my other listing and contact me if you want to come with up to 12 people!
