The parking space for car is near here. ● There is a lift for you to move. ● Besides, there are shopping centers, shopping malls, restaurants, vinmart, amusement parks, hospitals, ... right near Lilyhometel - Jasmine House. ● For you to have better experience when discovering Ha Noi we would like to recommend some destinations listed (In the picture and overview) 2. THE DESIGN: ● It is designed with mainly morden & luxurious furniture. Create solemn, noble but comfortable when you enter the apartment. ● The property is stuido with 01 patiowith internet TV, 1 bathroom and 01 separate kitchen. The place can accomodate up to 3 guests (if the 3th guest is willing to sleep on the Air mattress). One of the most beautiful part of Lilyhometel - Central Point is the patio, again. It will give you a sence of comfort even in the highly populated place in Hanoi. 3. YOUR SPACE: ● This lovely is 35-square-meter room with beams of light through windows. ● There are spaces for you to work, everything is private. ● Lilyhometel - Jasmine's house is also suitable for long-term tenants because it has a kitchen with basic necessities tool. A private ice-cold air conditioning unit, and a refrigerator for keeping those drinks ice-cold. 4. THE AMENITIES: You can expect a consistent set of amenities you need to live like you do at home–from fast wifi and televisions ready for streaming to full kitchens with all the cooking essentials. Other things to note 1/ ABOUT THE PRICE: Please be noted that for long term booking, the price is not included Electricity fee 4,500 VND/number, Water fee 100,000 VND/pax/month, Building management fee 100,000 VND/pax/month, Dryer (20,000 VND/use). The price is not included 10% VAT, if you want to get the VAT bill, we will surcharge 10%. Airport transfer to our doorstep: For your convenience and to avoid unnecessary loss of time, I will help you arrange an airport transfer. The driver will arrive punctually at the arrival terminal and hold a welcome board bearing your name; he will then drive you directly to my house. The cost will be the same as the market price - from $18 for one way 3.2. We have partnerships with a wide array of tour operators and can arrange your tours around northern Vietnam at excellent rates - Ha Long, Sapa, Ha Giang, Ninh Binh,... 3.3. We have a car rental service with CHEAP and RELIABLE prices. 4/ Please remind that turn 42b, 209 DOI CAN ALLEY is way to access the building for now. 5/ The check in and check out times are not strict; if we do not have another guest booked to arrive or leave on the same day any time that day will be fine. You can check-in any time after 2PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. 6/ Parking area for motorbike is inside the building (FREE) 7/ We provide all essential items in your apartment like as Basic cooking utensils (rice cookers, cutlery, pots, pans, bowls and chopsticks), Dining table set, sofa, TV, internet, ...
