Ask for the extras as they can’t all be put in the unit. Dog friendly. Dog fee $50 per stay. The space Front patio with seating is ideal for BarBQue’s with beautiful views. Parking is right beside the boutique apartment. I have Two plus hectares of space and the beach is across the road for exercising. Very dog friendly. Bike and walking path across the road to the town centre or Twilight Cove. Magnificent beaches opposite. I have bikes guests can use on the cycle way along the ocean drive. Check out is 10am. Guest access Two plus hectares is available. Other things to note The apartment has a common wall attached to the main house. It is self contained. Private access. Filtered rain water and good quality drinkable bore water that comes up through the limestone. I have chooks and ducks in a large fenced pond area that take care of food scraps. I also have a small edible garden. Pets. If you are bringing your dog/cat or dogs, there is a $50 cash per dog for a short stay or $100 per week.
