This charming and cozy studio boasts a unique fox theme throughout, as well as a joyful orange feature wall that adds a burst of color to the space! Perfect for nature enthusiasts and animal lovers alike! Enjoy a taste of DC suburban living with all the amenities available to you with multiple bus and train options to get around to try out all the local restaurants, parks, and much more! The space As soon as you step inside, the orange feature wall creates a warm and inviting ambiance to set the joyful tone for your stay! The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed adorned with cotton linens, to help ensure a good night's sleep for our guests! The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the basics like a plug-in stove, toaster, pots, and pan that you'll need to prepare a simple meal or snack, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a small counter space to prepare your food! A small dining table is also available for you to enjoy your meals! The bathroom is also equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, an iron, soap, tea, and coffee in case you might have forgotten something, it happens but we have you covered! The studio is situated in the Brightwood Park neighborhood, a picturesque area of Washington, DC known for its friendly community, beautiful park, and diverse restaurants. It's also close to Rock Creek Park which offers hiking and biking trails, as well as beautiful scenic views. Don't feel like leaving the den? No Worries! Guest access Private Entry Via The Back Of Our Home: The suite is a Garden Level Studio with a separate entrance accessible only from the back of the house! There is a sign available to help you find your way here! The unit cannot be accessed from the front of the house and we ask that you come around thru the alley to get to the studio! There are two steps at the gate before everything gets flat! We offer guests a contactless check-in so you can arrive on your time! Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the house is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside! While you will have exclusive access to and use of the unit, we live in the unit above with our very friendly and affectionate dog, Ginger. Although we restrict Ginger's access to the suite when it is booked, this listing may not be suitable for anyone with allergies to pet dander or pet hair. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES No Parties are allowed in the home or property. This will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please keep the noise level at a minimum after 10 pm. Thank you for being good neighbors and amazing guests! No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or property. An additional fee of up to $200 will be accessed if our cleaners find any odor and/or evidence of smoking after guests have checked out. Cleaners will need extra time & use a special odor-removing machine. Check-in is any time after 4 PM (EST local time) Check out by 10 AM (EST local time). An access code will be provided on the day of check-in! Damages to Home or Property: You may be charged an additional cost for any damages during your stay. A claim will be submitted to Airbnb. Pets Rules: *Pets will be permitted on a case-by-case basis. *pets can not be outside the unit without one of the guest’s supervision *pets can not be left alone in the unit unless getting prior approval. ***Failure to disclose pets can result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund or a $100 deep pet cleaning fee.
