The Snug: cosy, quirky detached cottage. Sea views

The Snug is a cosy wee detached holiday cottage tucked up a quite lane - a peaceful retreat. There's a comfy bedroom with king-sized bed, and a sofa bed in the living area, making it the ideal space for couples or small families (pets welcome too!). There's a lovely shingle beach at the foot of the lane and miles of secluded forest walks and cycle rides on the doorstep - the perfect base to escape the crowds and enjoy the beautiful west coast of Scotland. The space The Innellan Cottages are The Snug and Coach House Cottage, detached houses next door to each other and tucked up a quiet lane in the small village of Innellan, Argyll. It's a peaceful spot that's ideal for quiet, relaxed 'get away from it all' breaks. The Snug was originally a hay barn and still remains full of quirky character! Upstairs the cottage now boasts a bright, open-plan living space with 43" smart TV, bluetooth stereo, lots of books and games - and lovely sea views from the juliet balcony. There's also a newly fitted kitchen with oven/hob, large fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, dish washer and plenty of cooking utensils if you fancy rustling up a meal. On the ground floor is the cosy bedroom with a king-sized bed, plenty of storage space, and a smart TV. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a bath and over-bath shower. The Snug comfortably sleeps two adults and one child (there's a sofa-bed in the living area, if you'd like to use this then please select the number of guests as 3 when booking, and I will make sure all the linen you need is left out for you). The Snug is double-glazed, has central heating and free Wi-fi. We are happy to provide a travel cot, stair gate and high chair. We are very happy to welcome one dog in the cottage, but please let us know when you enquire that you would like to bring your four-legged friend along with you, thanks. We provide all linen, towels (if you'd like some old towels for the beach, just let me know), tea towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a couple of washing machine capsules, some toilet rolls and hand soap. There's a small shed for guests to use, big enough for a couple of bikes. There's a lovely golf course in the village - we have a set of clubs & if you'd like to borrow these during your stay, just ask. We hope you will find everything you need in the cottage for a cosy, comfortable, enjoyable stay! Guest access The whole cottage & shed (just big enough to hold a couple of bikes). Other things to note Short Term Let reference: AR01469F EPC Rating: C MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 3 guests including infants. We cannot accept bookings for more than 3 people, thank you for your understanding. PARKING: The Snug doesn't have a garden or parking space. However, there is plenty of parking in the large, well-lit layby at the foot of the lane (approximately 20 metres from the cottage). You're welcome to drive up to the cottage to unload etc, but the lane is too narrow to park in! SOFA BED: If you would like to use the sofa bed then please select the number of guests as 3 when booking, and I will make sure all the linen you need is left out for you.
