The house is located between the golden triangle of Périgord Noir (Sarlat 30 km away), the Dordogne Valley and its many castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, etc.) and the country of Bastides (Monpazier, Beaumont, etc.). Golf, many leisure activities and tourist places nearby. A laundry room with a water point, washing machine and dryer, drying racks, iron, fridge/freezer and some household products are available. Guest access: Guests have access to the guest house and sheepfold. The property complex also includes another house. This will never be rented independently when the guest house and the sheepfold are rented alone. Cars can park in front of the house. Notes: Sheets and towels are provided.
