For more details, please see below: The space My condo is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building, accessible via one flight of stairs. It’s 12 minutes from BWI Airport and the MARC train, 20 minutes from the Merriweather District and Baltimore, and 45 minutes from D.C. and Annapolis. I live here as well, with my room and bathroom located across from yours, and we’ll share the common areas. You’ll have one reserved parking spot in the private lot with a parking pass or the option for free off-street parking. Your comfort and restful stay are my priorities, and I encourage clear and timely communication. Please note this is a non-smoking, non-vaping household. Hosting only one Airbnb listing allows me to focus on providing quality, personalized communication before and during your stay. Guest access Shared spaces include access to the in-condo laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Check-in is available starting at 11 AM, one of the earliest in the area, at no extra cost, and up until 9 PM. Please let me know your arrival time in advance. Parking is available at your own risk, as is common in most places, but it has been a nonissue. Your private bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, and a linen closet stocked with essentials. In your bedroom, you’ll enjoy a Queen-sized memory foam mattress, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, nightstands, a mirror, a ceiling fan, almost blackout blinds on the windows, and an iron for your convenience. Other things to note House rules are in place to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone: - When you arrive, please provide a valid form of identification. - Respect the home by observing quiet hours starting at 9 PM. While there is a nearby fire station, the neighborhood is very peaceful. - Please report any damage as soon as possible, and feel free to reach out to me if you need help. - Enjoy food and drinks in the shared spaces, but please wash your dishes and clean up after yourself. - Kindly remove your shoes indoors to maintain cleanliness. - To confirm you've read the listing, include the sum of three and eight in your message (yay!).
