For details, please continue below: My condo is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building, and you'll find it one flight of stairs up. It's a 12-minute drive to BWI Airport and the MARC rail, 20 minutes to the Merriweather District and Baltimore, and 45 minutes to D.C. and Annapolis. I reside here, and my room and bathroom are directly across from yours, we will share the common areas. You'll have one reserved spot in the condo's private lot with a parking pass, or there's free off-street parking. Your restful stay is my priority, I encourage timely and clear communication. Please note this is a non-smoking, non-vaping household. Shared spaces include access to laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room. You can check in as early as 11 AM or as late as 9 PM, but please communicate your arrival in advance. Parking is at the owner's risk, as it is in most places, and it has been a nonissue so far. Your private full bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, and a linen closet. In your bedroom, you'll find a Queen-sized memory foam mattress, a desk, chair, wardrobe, nightstands, a mirror, a ceiling fan, windows with blackout blinds, and an iron. Please note I live in this condo. My condo is in a central suburb. I recommend using a ride-sharing service or bringing your vehicle. The MARC train offers a seamless trip to D.C., or you can enjoy chilling in your room or on the balcony. House rules benefit everyone: Upon arrival, kindly provide identification. Please respect my home and observe quiet hours starting at 9 pm. Despite the nearby fire station, it's a quiet neighborhood. Report any damage, and don't hesitate to ask for assistance. Kindly enjoy food and drinks in shared spaces, wash your dishes, and clean up after yourself. Remember to please remove your shoes indoors.
