Unique house on a unique island.

One of a kind architect house. On an island where cars are rare, the house comes with a large property overlooking a gulf with a 180 degree view. Direct access to an exclusive beach offers privileged vacations. For stays of a week at least. The space This is a unique property, with a large piece of land, many trees offering their shade in the summer and a 1 minute walk to the beach, down the property. From inside the house, many windows let you enjoy the scenic views and watch your kids play outside. We only accept request for stays of a week or more. Guest access Accessing the island is straightforward. - By train to Vannes and then a cab to the port where a motor boat will take you to the island. - By car to the port (large free parking lot). Once on the island, two large cabs work on a continuous basis and serve all houses. Other things to note We used to have a boat in front of the house, under our watch. We still own the mooring buoy and it accommodates keel boats of no more than 15 meters.
