The space Our unit is centrally located on the island, close to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach! Guest access Guests have full access to the pool, hot tub and fishing dock. Several grills are also available for guest use on the dock. The boat slips are on a first come, first serve basis but usually available! Other things to note During the month of March, all guests staying in the Unit must be 21 years or older. Unless it is a family with children. Proper ID's will be required to verify. BOAT SLIPS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. UNFORTUNATELY BOAT SLIPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED!
