New, bright room with double bed 160 x 200 cm, children's cabin bed 70 x 160 cm, dining table, storage options for clothes, TV with Swisscom replay, free Wi-Fi, USB sockets and insect protection at the window. In the private large entrance area (access with key code) there is an outdoor and indoor wardrobe, fridge, coffee maker with capsules, kettle with tea selection and dishes available. It has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and disinfectant. The space The property is located in the basement (lots of natural light) of a single-family house with a large garden, barbecue area and children's playground. The house is very quietly located directly on the Aare. In summer, we are happy to provide free bath towels (on request) for a cooling in the Aare as well as a sunbath in our beautiful garden – which you are welcome to use. Baby crib and high chair on request available, dishes available Free parking spot outside the house. Possibility to park bicycles also with a bicycle trailer under the roof We speak German and English (little French). Pets on request! After 3 nights bed & terry cloth change possible. By arrangement, the washing machine may be used. Breakfast possible on request.
