Berwell Farm “The Studio”

We are a small hobby farm 40 mins from the Grampians, 40 mins from Portland and 1 1/2 hrs from the start of the Great Ocean Road. We will accept dogs upon approval, they must be vaccinated and be up to date with all injections. There are plenty of things to do and see in the district. The space We are a small hobby farm “living the dream” some may say. We have Highland Cows, Alpacas, sheep, cows, goats, chooks, ducks and three crazy dogs to keep us busy. We are on 36 acres and there is plenty of space to wander and enjoy our garden. You have a semi private courtyard to enjoy as well. Guest access The Gardens are yours to roam and enjoy. Other things to note We try to be “Earth Minded” as she is precious. With that in mind we are on tank water so guests will need to be mindful of not taking extended showers please particularly in Summer, Water is precious! As we are on tank water the pressure is a little low to start until the pump kicks in. We ask that you seperate your waste into the bins marked plastic, paper and organic please the chickens and goats LOVE the scraps. We love sharing our little piece of paradise and hope you enjoy your stay. If you have your pets with you please do not leave them inside the space without you, there will be a cleaning fee if any accidents happen.
