A modern, stylish and comfortable penthouse in the historic center of Athens, with a wonderful large balcony ideal for relaxation. Its central location allows you to visit the Parliament, Monastiraki, Thission, Plaka, Acropolis on foot. Buses and the metro ("Syntagma" station, leading to Constitution Square) are a 5 min walk, making commuting from/to the airport easy, or taking you to the seaside (suburbs of Faliro, Glyfada). The space Fully renovated, air-conditioned (2 AC units - one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and with wi-fi, this apartment consists of a luminous living room with an en suite kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom and a wonderful balcony. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities (fridge, hob, micro wave, coffee maker, boiler), allowing you to prepare breakfast or other meals. Coffee, sugar, tea bags, juices, biscuits, olive oil and basic cooking utensils are provided. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet, and a wonderful dressing table with a large mirror. We provide you hair dryer, basic toiletries and fine quality bed sheets and towels. In the balcony, you can enjoy your breakfast, coffee and a night cup, or just relax over an Athenian neighborhood view. You will be provided with a booklet of recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars and monuments worth visiting! The apartment is accessible by elevator. Just outside your door, you can find a wide variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, as well as the most central shopping street of Athens (Ermou street). The apartment is a 10 min walk to the Acropolis museum. Special care is given to cleaning and sanitizing the apartment, as per healthcare guidelines, so as to ensure you a safe stay.
