The space ✨ LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Stay in the heart of Reykjavík and enjoy the best of both worlds — the charm of the city and easy access to Iceland’s famous day tours. Bus Stop #1 (City Hall) is just a 5-minute walk away for Golden Circle, South Coast, Whale Watching, and Northern Lights tours, as well as the Flybus airport transfer. This elegant, cosy studio is part of a private villa in the peaceful embassy district (101 Reykjavík), only a 5-minute walk to great restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. Despite the central location, the street is quiet, with a large backyard and a beautiful park across the road. The only morning sound you’ll hear is birdsong. The National Museum, University of Iceland, and a lovely thermal swimming pool with hot pots and sauna are also nearby. Parking is in Zone P2 (blue zone): paid 9:00–21:00 on weekdays/Saturdays and 10:00–21:00 on Sundays (230 ISK/hour, free overnight). Add Parka app for convenience. You do not need a car in downtown 101 Reykjavík, as the area is very walkable and has public transportation. If you plan to take day trips outside the city, you can join guided tours, which are often a more relaxing option than driving yourself, Bus stop #1 by the City Hall (5 min walk). ✈️ Airport Transfer The Flybus departs about 40 minutes after each flight from Keflavík Airport to Reykjavík.
