Three bedroom house plus loft and extra living room. Renovated in fall of 2018 with a custom kitchen, renovated bathrooms and new deck with hot tub. The house has a bright, open floor plan living, kitchen and dining area. A perfect house for two families to share with two queen size beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. One mile from Story Land and close to hiking, rafting, mountain attractions and activities, downtown North Conway, shopping outlets and restaurants. After suspending rentals in 2020 due to travel restrictions and safety guidelines, we are excited to welcome guests back in 2021! The house is surrounded by woods in the back and sides of the house and is set back from the road for a private feel. There are many windows in the open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining area with mountain and wooded views. The new custom kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. The kids loft has a small air hockey table, karaoke microphone, bean bag chairs and games. There is a ping pong table and dart board in the garage plus a hot tub on the back deck. The TV's in both of the living areas have DVD players and Netflix. It is a fun house and the perfect combination of relaxing plus plenty of activities. There is also a washer and dryer plus a gas grill and fire pit for you to use during your stay. You'll feel comfortable and relaxed from the minute you walk into the house. We hope you'll enjoy it! There is a small grocery store at the bottom of our street that also makes subs and pizzas. The house is very close to Story Land, Attitash, hiking, golfing, numerous outdoor activities, outlet stores, and many restaurants. There is no public transportation available, so you will need a car. Please be respectful of our neighbors, many of whom are full time residents. Also, smoking and pets are not permitted inside the house. Thank you!
