The residence, listed on the supplementary list of historical monuments, was built in 1892 by Antoine Lumière, the father of the Lumière Brothers, the famous inventor of modern cinema. Located 300 m from the beach, the residence has a large wooded park with statues and a kiosk, all secured by a caretaker and a code gate. Parking is available free of charge within the residence, depending on the spaces available. Please note that the residence is undergoing facade renovation work. The terrace is accessible but fenced only by construction barriers. There will be no work during the summer. Please do not go beyond the small cut wall (Neighbor's terrace) Guest access The residence is closed and protected by an access code. As well as the entrance hall at night. A guard is present in the residence. The large garden is available for tenants in compliance with the neighbors and the co-ownership regulations.
