Located in the Combe de Savoie, surrounded by the Bauges, Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges, less than an hour from the Sept Laux resort, 10 minutes from Lake Carouge in St Pierre d'Albigny, this peaceful countryside accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Completely redone and furnished, it is located on the first floor of a 2-apartment house. Beautiful view of the countryside and surrounding mountains. The space The apartment, with a living area of 90 m2, is located on the first floor of a detached house with 2 separate apartments. It has been fully renovated and furnished in 1921. It features: - It includes a living room (18m²) with an equipped kitchen ( fridge-freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave ) and a living area (sofa and connected TV). - Adjoining balcony. - A large bathroom with bathtub - Small bathroom with shower - A separate toilet - A bedroom (14 m²) with a double bed 160 x 200 (bonnet 20) and a single adult bed 90 x 190 (bonnet 20) - A bedroom (13m²) with a double bed 140x190 (cap 18) and a child bed 90 x 190 (cap 8) - One bedroom (12m2) with balcony and one single bed 130x190 (cap 27) Outdoor spaces: Garden furniture, barbecue, swing – slide Amenities: Smart TV – internet – dishwasher – washing machine – equipped kitchen: oven and microwave - fridge-freezer - bath linens provided - tea towels provided - Bedding: cases - duvets - blankets provided/ linens not provided (to be brought). An internal staircase provides access to the 1st floor where the apartment is located. Other things to note As part of a family stay the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 7 people (two couples, an adult, a child and a baby). It is not suitable for people on business trips. Therefore, reservation requests from businesses are not accepted. Bathroom linen, kitchen towels, duvets, blankets, pillows, bolster pillows, and all pillowcases are provided. Linens are provided only for cribs and cribs. Sheets are not provided for adult beds (they must be taken by guests): bed 90 x 190 - bed 130 x 190 - bed 140 x 190 - bed 160 x 200.
