Temporary rental exclusively for leisure, vacation, recreational or cultural purposes. This newly renovated modern 3-bedroom apartment is located Poblenou, an area rich with artistic spaces and galleries, showrooms, co-working spaces, restaurants and bars. There are 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed each and 1 with a single bed, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, a coffeemaker and all the other amenities one might need for a comfortable stay. The space The apartment has been recently renovated maintaining the traditional Catalan features and adding all the amenities for a modern, comfortable stay. There are 3 bedrooms (two main Queen and one single), a living room - dining room with TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen with all the amenities, laundry space with washing machine and a dryer. You can watch beautiful Barcelona from the three balconies opening to the street. Other things to note IMPORTANT - The following amounts aren't included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property: UTILITY FEES An extra 200€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference. LATE CHECK-IN: For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€ For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€ EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3pm): Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm). PETS: Your furry friends are more than welcome in our apartment! However, please note the following extras will apply: - 150€ monthly extra fee - 250€ extra security deposit, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the property. A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.
