Many homes in the Lake Arrowhead area, including ours, are built into a hill and require access via stairs. If you are de-conditioned or it’s hard for you physically to ambulate, our home may be difficult to access for you. **Update: now with EV Level 2 charging outlet (240 volt NEMA 50 Amp charger) for your Electric vehicle. Please check your vehicle manual to make sure your EV can charge with this outlet & don’t forget to bring your personal charger!** *** Update as of 8/1/2020- we now have a new mini split AC in the living room to cool you down. You’ll likely only need this during the day if it is really warm since the nights tend to cool off even in the middle of summer. There is a smaller window vented unit in the top floor master bedroom during the summer months. Please turn them off before you leave. *** Comment regarding the use of the lake: The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) which manages the lake and its properties/trails and beach areas has voted to not allow guests of short term rentals (STRs) to access ALA property such as the beaches and locked dock. They have gone a step further and have passed a bylaw amendment that will fine members who break this rule. We as homeowners feel its unfortunate that this restrictive rule has been passed, but unfortunately we must abide by it given the lake is a private lake. The Lake Arrowhead Village is of course open to the public. Please note that our cabin is about a 15 minute drive to Lake Gregory which is currently open to the public and offers many lake activities including a walkable beach area. Guest count: maximum of 10 guests. No exceptions since this is what we are licensed for. No parties or events are allowed at anytime. Front and rear doors have exterior cameras for security reasons when the property is vacant. There are no interior cameras and never will be. Our smart home devices are audio only no cameras.
