Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. The space Reef Break Studio has been named due to its close proximity to a surf break which is very popular when large easterly swells move into Hawke Bay. The studio is beach-themed, painted and decorated in the peaceful colour tones of the foreshore and birdlife. The sun provides natural warmth to the studio all year round. The deck outside is an area where you can relax and enjoy the unique village atmosphere with locals and visitors passing by on their way to the beach or the community playground. Guest access The studio is completely separate from our home and has its own facilities. Use of a washing machine or iron is available on request. Car parking can either be in the driveway or on the roadside. An outdoor seating area is also available if needed. Other things to note NB: The studio is listed as accommodation for 2+ guests. The nightly rate only covers 2 guests. Extra guests will be charged an extra $30 per night. As our guests, your health and safety is important to us.
