Bedroom on the second floor of a family home

Private studio on the first floor of a family home close to the city center. You have complete access to the bathroom, living room and a small room with microwave, mini fridge, kettle and dishes. It is therefore not possible to cook. Continental breakfast for an EXTRA CHARGE of €7/person. The space Dear Guests🌻 To avoid misunderstandings, please read the description to the end 😉 ⚠️We don't provide towels, so don't forget to bring yours 😉 The entire floor reserved for you includes: - 2 large bedrooms - Bathroom - TV lounge and bar table - "Kitchen" area with fridge, microwave, kettle and basic tableware only, so it is not possible to cook ⚠️ The space is suitable for remote work. Free Wi-Fi If you wish, a continental breakfast will be prepared for you, at an additional cost of €7 per person (to be paid directly): - Tea/coffee/chocolate of your choice☕🫖 - Fresh morning bread and pastries from an artisan baker 🥖🥐 - Homemade crepes🥞 - Homemade semi-salted🍯 butter jams🧈 - Local yogurt - Freshly squeezed orange juice 🍊 Please vacate the room by 10 a.m. If you would like to rent the 2nd bedroom, please refer to the 2nd listing. When parking in front of our house, please place your car fully on the sidewalk so as not to hinder traffic 🚗 And don't hesitate to ask us if you need anything 😉 Enjoy your stay 🌞 Guest access The floor is entirely dedicated to you, partitioned and closed by a door to preserve your privacy, no room will be shared with us. Only the entrance is common, but being partitioned from the rest of the living rooms, you are free to enter and exit without feeling observed 😉 Other things to note A greenway leads to the Aquarev wooded pond park (children's games, animals, snack, sports trail...) a 15-minute walk away. For hiking enthusiasts, the Loudéac state forest is a 10-minute drive away, and offers several marked trails. You can also reach the equestrian center at the place called St Guillaume.
