Relaxing 1-bedroom lake side with spectacular view

Welcome to Treasure Island on Eagle Lake. The home faces west for spectacular sunsets. Relax and enjoy this quiet neighborhood. You can fish, swim, float, kayak, relax in hammocks and enjoy lake life. You will have use of hammocks, charcoal grill, lakeside firepit, 2 kayak's, patio with furniture, beach, and dock with steps. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The space The space is a lower level of a lakeside home. You will enter through a keyed slidding glass door. The main living space has 2 slidding glass doors facing the lake. It has a 65" smart TV with screen share and Netflix, a table and chairs for dining or games, fireplace, futon and sofa bed which are both full size. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom is accesible from the living space and bedroom. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower and spacious vanity with plenty of room for personal items. Linnens and towels are provided. The kitchenette has a full size refridgerator and is stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle and blender. You will have use of hammocks, charcoal grill, lakeside firepit, 2 kayaks, patio with furnature, beach, and dock with steps. The driveway has parking for 2 cars. You can fish, swim, float, kayak, relax in hammocks and enjoy lake life. Your minutes away from Texas Corners which has many local resturants and hosts a local farmer's market. Scholtz Farms U-pick orchard is also very close. Other things to note Guest agree to read, understand, and adhere to the Libility Waiver. Liability Waiver You understand that swimming and use of the kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming or use of the kayaks and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimmimg and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that conforming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
