Life is sweet at the HONEY HOLE at Watts Bar Lake

The HONEY HOLE is a newly renovated modern home near Watts Bar Lake. Tucked away in a private fishing community, you will have all the amenities of home plus private access to the neighborhood boat ramp, dock, pavilion, and playground. Enjoy the mornings and evenings sitting on the large wrap-around deck, or walk through the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the wildlife. There is a large driveway and parking area for three trucks and trailers. Bring the kids and your family pet too! The space Our home is off the beaten path but still contains all of the modern conveniences that you would expect in the city. It is really the best of both worlds! After a short drive through the country from the main road, you will arrive at your private cozy oasis. The house is fully stocked with everything that you will need to grill a steak, host a pasta night, or drink a cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the sunrise. We are approximately 20 minutes to the closest Wal-Mart and conveniently located between Dayton, Knoxville, and Crossville. Use our house to go on a day trip to the Aquarium in Chattanooga or hike at Fall Creek Falls. If you are visiting the area for fishing, we are approximately 30 minutes north of the Dayton Boat Dock and 20 minutes south of Tom Fuller Memorial Park in Rockwood. Our house is truly a HONEY HOLE - the secret location where you will want to come back to again and again! Guest access You will have full access to the main level and basement of our home. There is plenty of room for your family or group to spread out, and yet the space still feels cozy and like home. Other things to note Even though the house does not have direct water access, there is both a private and public boat ramp within three minutes of the house. Guests may swim, fish, or pull their boat in/out of the water from either of these convenient locations. Two local marinas are open seasonally and offer guests the opportunity to dine and/or rent watercraft equipment. Our guests will have unlimited free access to the neighborhood private boat ramp, dock, covered pavilion, and playground. All of these extra amenities are within two blocks of the home. There is also a small convenience store and gas station for any last minute needs less than five minutes away. Pets are allowed with approval prior to booking. The HONEY HOLE is surrounded on three sides by trees. We are not responsible for any personal or vehicular damage due to falling leaves or acorns during the fall and winter months. We always try our best to clear the driveway and porches before your arrival; however, we cannot guarantee that the main walking areas will stay clear by the time you arrive and for the duration of your stay. There are a lot of things we can control, but Nature is not one of them! LOL! Lastly, our home used to be on well water but was switched to city water several years ago. Every once in a while a "well water" smell might be evident in or under the sink. This is a pretty rare event, but if you do smell something, don't worry! It goes away rather quickly. Most people in the South are used to this smell so you may never even notice ;-)
