#01 Private and modern studio close to everything

My place is a quiet, airy, spacious and well lit studio in a nice locality. The airport is just 30 minutes away. Manyata tech park is less than 5 KM from here. Supermarkets and restaurants are a within a 5 minute walk. There's ample greenery surrounding you. This is in a newly constructed building and the studio has been tastefully done up to give you a feeling of home. You will have the entire studio to yourself with complete privacy. The space My studio is located in a cul-de-sac. It's peaceful and independent. There are no stairs to climb as it is on the ground floor. There's a kitchen with a stove, essential pots and pans and assorted spices and ingredients if you choose to cook. I have ready to cook food packets, biscuits and a few sweets for emergencies. You will have a queen size bed and can also use the couch for an extra person. Guest access The entire studio is private and completely yours. Other things to note When you send me an enquiry, please write a little bit about yourself, your purpose of visit and who you are coming with. The better I know you, the more confident I will feel about hosting you. There is no AC but there is good ventilation and light. Even in summer, you can manage with the fan. This is NOT a serviced apartment. Once you take the keys from me, you are responsible for the upkeep of the place as it suits you. If your stay is longer than a week, I can arrange for someone to come in and clean the place once a week. If you want it cleaned more frequently, you will have to bear the cost. This is also dependent on the availability of the lady who comes to clean. Fresh sheets are provided every time a guest comes in. I will provide a change of sheets once in a week for longer stays.
