4 bed Bungalow with Sauna, by the Sea nr Brighton

Our delightful, stylish home is warm, spacious and pet & child friendly! Positioned in a great location offering easy access to Brighton & Hove (15' by car / 20' by bus) and only a 5' walk to Saltdean Beach, the park & the Lido and 5' north to the glorious South Downs, which offer stunning views & walks. 2' round the corner we have one of Brighton's best Italian restaurants (VIP Pizza), a butcher's, fish bar, Indian & co-op. A 15' walk will take you to the historic village of Rottingdean. The space Our home is a detached private bungalow on a large corner plot and is perfectly suitable for 1-3 couples or 1-2 families with kids & pets! If you are looking for a warm & homely stay then you're in luck! Our home will offer you everything you could possibly need, to make your visit relaxing & enjoyable. The master bedroom has a king size bed, new mattress, an en-suite fitted with a Jacuzzi bath & rainfall shower. Room 2 offers a queen size double bed, a chest of drawers and bedside light. Room 3 offers a double sofa bed that fits 2 people, a chest of drawers and an office desk and chair if you need to do some work. Room 4 offers a child mid-slepper bed with a slide, plenty of toys and a chest of drawers. we have a spare folding single bed ideal for a child or adult that can be placed in any room, preferably in the kid's room for an extra child to sleep in. Room 1, 2 & 3 have space for a cot. We have a baby cot and a travel cot that you are welcomed tonuse but please make sure to bring your own bedding for this. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, gas hob, double fan oven & fridge and is well stocked with all utensils & backing props. We have a trampoline, a dollhouse, board games and plenty of other toys to keep the kids entertained. You are welcomed to use the wood-burner, bbq, sauna & summer house. Space for 3 vehicles on the drive and plenty of roadside free parking. Our pet cat Poppy comes with the house. She is a lovely & quiet cat that loves a cuddle. She has been very popular with all previous guests, especially kids :), all she asks it just to be fed twice a day. Bearing this in mind, well trained dogs who are used to cats are also very welcomed. We'll provide complimentary breakfast items ie milk, cereal, bread and eggs, as well as condiments and a bottle of Wine!
