Cottage in central Oxford

The Cottage is in the center of Oxford in JERICHO. 24th May-1st June Bookings over 4nights Cosy home in a friendly community. port meadow is a ten minute walk away, there is yoga &Pilates classes, restaurants &pubs. It is in the garden of the owners house with its own access from the street. It is a short walk to the train station &into the centre of town it is my personal home so it will not be entirely empty of my belongings with books on the bookshelves and decorations, making it more homey The space On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms one with a king size and the other with a single. The bathroom which has a shower over the bath. In both bedrooms there are drawers and coat hangers on the back of the doors. ( there is a roll out single futon available for a 4th guest but the house sleeps 3 comfortably) On the ground floor is the kitchen dinning area and the living room. There is a washing machine and small dishwasher and a hanging clothes drier. ;NO tumble dryer There is a pantry off of the kitchen where the fridge is also. Not appropriate for parties It is my personal home that I rent out whilst I am away so my books and some belongings are around and so whilst the guests get a clean and tidy home away from home, I wish it to be treated respectfully as I do not remove all of my personal effects. This makes it characterful and a proper home away from Home Guest access The back door onto the courtyard remains locked as the courtyard is for the use of the main house . you will have use of the full house. it is my personal home, with my books on the shelves, art on the walls and there will be a room with my art materials that I will not be able to remove so I would be grateful for those things to remain in the house and unused. books can be read but must be returned. I have clearly stated that it is my personal home which makes the house feel a home, but if you would prefer a more hotel feel this is not the place for you. Other things to note This house sleeps 4 comfortably (2 single and 1 king size bed) It’s an extra £30 per guest over 3 people. If you need to arrive earlier or leave bags after check out please contact me to confirm this is ok. Check out is 10am There is no parking. There are websites like park my car, or 24 hour parking on Walton well road or park and ride. No shoes allowed upstairs. No parties. No smoking in the property.
