Great for a luxurious romantic stay. Close to Toulouse (20 km). Typical Toulouse charming house of 80 m². Very comfortable (large 30 m² bedroom and 160 cm bed), bathroom with XXL walk-in shower, large living room with monumental fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet, 2 private terraces. BBQ. Access to the pétanque court. A secure parking space inside the property. The space Very quiet. The accommodation is completely private. It is a separate outbuilding from our family home, not overlooked. Amenities: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, very large fridge with freezer. TV in the living room and bedroom. Included in the rental: - Sheets, towels, shower gel, shampoo - Welcome products in the kitchen (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper...), dish towels. - In winter, wood for the fireplace. - Loan of petanque balls ***Please note***: a maximum of 2 adults are accepted in the accommodation. We do not accept groups and children. Outside persons or guests are not allowed. Guest access The (unheated) swimming pool is shared with us, but we know how to be discreet when our guests are using it. It is covered every night to maintain the temperature. It is open for swimming from May to October from 10am to 7pm. Beach towels for the pool can be rented on-site for 5 euros each.
