3 bed Seseh Private Pool Luxury Plus Villa

This exclusive compound of four villas only was designed by an Australian architect as a private residence and accommodation for friends /family. Set in the unique and very 'on trend' village of Seseh ( just 200m to Seseh's stunning beach), the 3 bedroom allows guest full use of our flagship villa. Currently we are offering this for half our normal price, as there is some construction noise in the area , although noise levels are reduced . The space *Please note, there is currently construction taking place next to our property, which may result in some noise during the day. The workers usually start from 9am-5pm. While we strive to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we understand that this could be an inconvenience for some. The main villa is all yours ! Separate gate and fully enclosed courtyard means you have total private access to the entire villa and all its facilities , including your own pool. We have also created a very special menu allowing all guests access to my own private chef and her incredible gourmet skills in our central kitchen. Agung has been cooking stunning Indonesian and Western food for me for over 15 years - one of Bali's best cooks! Breakfast sets in include Indonesian, Western and Continental options and range from about $5- $10 inclusive of coffee , toast and fruit. Great salads, paninis, awesome local dishes, seafood, burgers, Italian and Thai delicacies are also on the menu - I am quite a 'foodie' and have hand made this menu myself , working with my chef Agung. In house and very delicious dining and a fully stocked fridge, all at very reasonable prices, means you are fully catered to at all times during your stay , if you wish. Of course your villa has a full kitchen if you would like to cook yourself, while many of Bali's best restaurants are in the villages up and down this coast. Guest access Uninterrupted access 24/7. Even at night we have security to watch over our compound , and welcome you home. Other things to note We are located in a breathtakingly tranquil village where Balinese life gently plays out as its done for centuries. Colourful fishing boats return to our village beach ( 200m away) every morning. The famous and fabulous Echo Beach is a 20 minute walk along the beach. Seminyak a short taxi ride away for shopping and nightlife. Ubud, Uluwatu, and the best of Bali is all accessible from our home - it is a simple matter to arrange a tour for any area you wish to see . Tanah Lot temple is 15 minutes away. Please note the 3rd bedroom is considerably smaller than the other 2 bedrooms, but we think its spectacular location , between the swimming pool, the creek, and the ricefields, makes it a very special place to sleep and enjoy our unique environment. Please note we are in a pristine natural environment, and it is likely you will encounter critters such as small lizards, frogs, an abundance of birdlife, butterflies etc , during your stay. We love this aspect of our Bali home, but recognise that some folk may not be as enthusiastic as us about the local fauna . Also we ask guests to recognise that, although we have the best free wi fi service available in our area and service is normally perfectly adequate for recreational and casual use- , we are in a Balinese Fishing village and the internet speeds may not be what you are accustomed to at home. If ultra hi speed uninterrupted internet connection is high on your criteria for a relaxing Bali holiday - then you may want to consider carefully before confirming your reservation with us.
