MATSU・3 min from Ryogoku Sta. ＜One room rental＞

Our guest house was just opened in September 2019. Located from only 3 min walk from Ryogoku Sta. ＊This plan is for one room. Max for 4 people in each room, 26 people in the house in total. Please ask me if you want to rent a whole house. The kitchen, the bathrooms, and the toilets are sharing. We have towels, a hanger, and a safety box for each person. A washing machine, a clothes dryer, hair dryers, a refrigerator, microwaves are sharing. Everything is free!! Free Wi-Fi is available. The space On the 1st floor we have a kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom (including shower & bathtub). On the 2nd floor we have 4 toilets and 2 shower rooms (only shower, no bathtub). All facilities except your bedroom may be shared with other guests(No private shower & toilet). Guest access Do not smoke in the house. No pets allowed. Do not enter the balcony. Empty cans, bottles and PET bottles should be separated from others. A digital number lock is installed on the door in each rooms. We will give you a pass code to enter ;) Please lock your door when you sleep or go out. During your stay If you need any help, please contact me anytime ;) Other things to note There is no elevator.
