Welcome to our modern studio in Birchgrove, a beautiful harbourfront suburb of Sydney. The studio is a short walk from Mort Bay park and the Balmain ferry terminal, and close to cafes in Balmain village. Our studio is designed with your comfort in mind, with a queen-sized bed, kitchenette, 4K Sony Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a large shower and plenty of storage. The space Our newly-renovated studio is the whole ground floor of a charming 3-level townhouse. The front door of the property leads directly into the self-contained studio, which has been designed to offer the comfort and quality of a high-end hotel room. The studio has a queen-size bed with soft sheets and a selection of pillows for your comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, portable single induction hotplate, fridge, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a comprehensive set of crockery and beverage options. We are located just a couple of minutes' walk from Sydney Harbour waterfront and the historic Mort Bay and Ballast Point parks, offering beautiful walking and jogging paths. The Balmain Ferry Terminal is less than 5 minutes away, providing easy access to the heart of the CBD and the North Shore. Our property is constructed with solid double brick, ensuring that the studio is extremely quiet for a good night's sleep. This also keeps it naturally cool in the summer, but we also have reverse cycle air conditioning for those extra hot or cold days. There are a few things to keep in mind when staying with us: • The studio windows face a historic sandstone wall, which can reduce the amount of natural light in the space, particularly in the afternoon. We have installed bright LED downlights to compensate for this. • There is a single step down into the studio at the entrance, which may not be suitable for some guests with mobility issues. • We have two friendly Burmese cats in the house, but they are strictly prohibited from entering the studio. • There is no washing machine in the studio, but there is a launderette (bag wash) about 5 minutes away.
