The comfortable apartment is spacious enough for four guests and has two sleeping spaces - the king-size bed in the open bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room. You will feel at home as soon as you open the door. As you walk into the entryway, you are greeted with sunlight and lush views of the surrounding area streaming in from the balcony. The spacious bathroom is to the left of the entrance and the sleeping area is to the right. The living room is tastefully decorated to complement the natural sunlight and greenery streaming in from the balcony which runs the length of the entire unit The living area is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time at Meydenbauer Bay. The comfortable leather pull-out sofa is the perfect size for two, and the cozy living space is cozy and welcoming after a long day of working or enjoying the sights of the Pacific Northwest. The large flatscreen TV is set up to enjoy your favorite movies and shows and the living room also features a nook with a dedicated work desk, perfect for remote working. The dining area features a dining table that is set for four and is located conveniently next to the kitchen. The kitchen, like the rest of the apartment, is newly renovated and equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. The spacious bathroom is renovated to the highest standards and features a luxurious tub and shower combination. The open bedroom features a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window and is complete with a large kingsize bed and memory foam mattress that feels like sleeping on a cloud after a long day. Please note that while the bedroom is separate from the living space, the apartment has an open bedroom layout and the sleeping area is not fully closed off from the rest of the unit. The apartment also conveniently has a washer and dryer on site. Paid dedicated parking is $50 per stay. Meydenbauer Bay is the hidden gem of Belleveue. The neighborhood is located on the beautiful Lake Washington and is a stone's throw from downtown Bellevue and all of the amenities on offer in the downtown area. Meydenbauer Bay's best-kept secret is the views across the bay - visible right from the Meydenbauer Bay park just a block from the apartment. Hungry? Lots of delicious restaurants are within walking distance, like Monsoon Bellevue (Vietnamese), Duke's Seafood, Cantinetta Bellevue (Italian Cuisine), and Gilbert's on Main (Deli Classics). Third Culture Coffee is my favorite spot for my morning latte. If you’re flying into Seattle, my place is about a 30-minute drive from SeaTac Airport. There are plenty of choices for rental cars, or you can take Lyft or Uber. The apartment is conveniently located in Meydenbauer Bay and is one block from Bellevue Downtown Park, Meydenbauer Bay Park, Old Town Bellevue, Bellevue Square, The Shops at Bravern, Lincoln Square, and much, much more. While a car can be useful in this area, there are a number of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. Heading to Seattle? The apartment is about 11 miles from Pike Place Market and the heart of Downtown Seattle. The drive takes about 20 minutes, or you can take the 550 bus which drops you off right in the middle of things.
