Super house with sea views and direct beach access

A perfect beach front getaway. The house has been our family's holiday home for 30 years - a place to relax and unwind but just an hours drive from Belfast. With uninterrupted sea views and private beach access what better place to come and spend a few days? Children love the beach, both the sand and the rockpools. Just three miles from Carrick Little you can access walks into the Mournes if you are more adventurous! Or just stay put, put your feet up and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. The space Accommodation spans two floors with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. It has a well equipped kitchen for guests to self cater although there are many quality local take aways and restaurants for those who want a complete rest. The conservatory and dining areas overlook the sea and are perfect for relaxing, reading a book or catching up with friends. The lounge has a wood burning stove so it is cozy in the winter. Books and games are provided for guests to use. When the weather is good you can use the top garden or the lower garden ( accessed down the steps). The bottom garden has a large lawn and is perfect for games and for children to play. A great place to find a sheltered spot and finish that book that you've been meaning to read for months. It is a paradise for children with rockpools galore to explore and a huge stretch of sand that appears at low tide. Never far from the house they can easily come back for meals or a sleep when needed. Seals can be seen most days sitting on the rocks at low tide. It is also a fantastic base for walking in the Mournes and exploring the area with the fishing town of Kilkeel in one direction and Newcastle in the other. We look forward to welcoming you here soon.
