Welcome to our secluded away from home. Minutes away to supermarkets, shopping stores, and 25 minutes away from theme parks and nightlife. Approximately 40-minute drive to the Orlando International Airport. We have a dedicated parking area for guests who are traveling with moving trucks, boats, and rv's. Apartment above garage. Open feel apartment with the amenities you need to feel that you are not far away from home.during the Christmas holiday season, we add some festive cheer to our stay a while. a little touch to make you feel at home during the holiday season. You will have access to washer and dryer on bottom level of the apartment. There's pool access, & the views of the property are unlimited access. Our family of 3 live in the main house on the property. You will have access to the yard and pool which are shared our family and guests. We try to stay out of your way and give your total privacy but we are available at any time to help you throughout your stay. Just text me if you need anything The neighborhood here is very quiet. Hear birds chirping, crickets. All nature around us. You will need your own transportation or uber to get around. There's no walking access to the supermarket, stores, nor theme parks There is parking spot behind the apartment and one upon entrance to the property to the right. No parking on the lawn or other place other than a designated parking spot or approved by host. Washer/dryer, dedicated parking space are just a few of the extras that makes this such an easy place to make your home away from home. We are available and on the premises to answer any questions , make recommendations and assist you in any way that we can to make your stay more enjoyable.. Additionally, we require that parents of small children NOT change their babies on the white linens. We ask that anyone that wears makeup use makeup remover cloths or pads and not the linens to remove makeup. We take pride in Providing good linens and these requirements are necessary so that we can continue to do so. there are cameras around our 5 acres . please note this is only for all of our safety & security in our common areas. thank you Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
