Convenient and new renovated lovely Holiday cottage .About 15mins walking to the Niagara Falls Tourist Destination, casino, LCBO, Skylon tower, Clifton hill amusement park, grocery & convenience stores. Also, we are about 20 mins driving to Niagara on the Lake. We are in a very quiet and safe neighourhood! Just enjoy your trip! The space Very clean house, with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom at an Up charge. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a tub) fully equipped with towels, soap and shampoo, full kitchen with all utensils, dishes and pots, living room, dining room, beautiful sunroom and nice front porch and beautiful backyard, it is a perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast! FREE WiFi. FREE parking The price will be adjusted based on the number of guests. The listed price is for 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 5 people. The 3rd bedroom will be available for up-charge. If booking for 6 people, the system will default to there bedrooms with 4 queen size beds. If you would like to have 3 bedrooms, just change the number of guests to 6. Pls notice that we only accept exact number of people on the reservation. Any extra guest will be charged for extra guest fee as indicated on the listing. There’s one day a week that we go through the backyard garden to pick up the trash and get some things from the basement. The romantic and charming Niagara Falls night is waiting for you. (Strictly No Party) It is about 2 km away from the public swimming pool "Niagara Falls Lions Club Pool". It is free. We are within 5 minutes walk to Church and Chabad Niagara synagogue Guest access Please do not touch the baby grand piano in the bedroom. It is a family heirloom and fragile. Other things to note Leave your lovely shoes on the shelf beside the main door, the new and clean slippers can be choosen for different sizes. Please keep the house clean and tidy for yourself and the next coming guests. Please avoid sauce or clay from sheets and chairs, although we clean the house before and after you stay there seriously. Please wash the dishes after using. Please be honest of how many guests will be staying. Please respect the neighbors. Strictly No Party!
