The living area consists of: entrance, very bright living room with access to the balcony and open kitchen equipped with all comforts. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a study/work corner; the property is completed by two bathrooms with a shower. Other things to note A deposit of €1000 is required to be paid 48 hours before check-in by credit card or bank transfer; for stays longer than 60 days, this amount will be €2000. Our guests are provided with a regular rental agreement, which must be signed before entering the apartment. For this procedure, we need to have a copy of each guest's passport, the details of the residence address and the Italian tax code of the person who holds the contract and who will sign the contract. The registration of the rent has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent, for a minimum cost of €50.00 per contract. This fee must be paid 48 hours before check-in and varies depending on the length of your stay. Gas and electricity consumption are included in the monthly price up to a maximum of €70/month. Payment is required for any consumption that exceeds this monthly value.
