**This bright and quiet 30 m² apartment with terrace is ideally located in the city center of Toulouse, close to the beautiful Rue de Metz, recently renovated and pedestrian, and public transport. Carefully furnished and decorated, it can accommodate 2 people (double bed). Fully equipped for long stays: washing machine, air conditioning, Wifi. Bed linen and towels provided. Classified rental: you benefit from a reduced tourist tax.** The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - Easily accessible, thanks to the subway located at 5 minutes walking distance. - Fully equipped, linens, two towels will be provided. - Air conditioning in the living room. - Lovely balcony, well exposed with an electric awning. -Very peaceful for restful nights. -Very well situated. Close to sought-after areas: Quartier Saint Etienne, Canal du Midi, the Grain Hall. Please note: - The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There's an elevator to the 1st floor, then stairs to the second. Therefore, the apartment isn't accessible to people with reduced mobility. - There's no television. - Please refrain from using candles or smoking in the apartment. - A set of keys will be provided. To ensure you make the most of your stay, you'll have access to: - A bright lounge: sofa, coffee table, dining area with a dining table for 3 people. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A minimalist and cosy bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide). - A convenient bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet, towel rail. You can also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a south-facing balcony. Paid street parking available in front of the building (spaces are often available), or parking at Allées Paul Sabatier just steps away, or across the Canal du Midi) Guest access It will be a self check-in. Our assistance service will no longer be available after 8 p.m. but you will still be able to access the accommodation using the key box. Other things to note OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS: ° Services provided by third parties such as water, electricity, heating and wi-fi are not under our control. By booking with us, you have agreed that you are not entitled to any discount or refund in the unlikely event of service disruption. We will do our best to remedy the situation. ° The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. A minimum fixed fine of €200 ° Parties / events are totally prohibited. ° There cannot be more people in the accommodation than the occupants indicated in the reservation. ° We count on you to leave the accommodation in good condition. The accommodation and what is inside must be returned in the state in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), i.e.: as if it were on your awn place, without waste, without dirty dishes and furniture and decorative items in good condition in their original place. The cleaning fees associated with the reservation correspond to the classic cleaning, the costs of household linen, the consumable products and the VAT. If beyond the classic cleaning, we must "restore" the accommodation (rubbish / moldy food / personal belongings left, sticky floor, dirty and untidy dishes, deteriorated equipment, smell of cigarettes...), we will unfortunately have to charge you for overtime. Thank you for your understanding. ° For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense.
