You will stay in an historical townhouse building typical for the old centre of Sofia. We have renovated the apartment into an art loft and decorated it with stylish furniture. It is located on the second and last floor of the building (nobody above) and it provides green and sunny, clean and modern comfort. Ideal for friends, colleagues or big family, this unique apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms with 3 standard double beds (140cm x 190cm), 1 double Queen size bed (165cm x 190cm). It can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to two folding beds and a large couch. The loft has a big bright living room where you can enjoy fast free Wi-Fi, board and card games and music speakers for devices. There is a small separated furnished kitchen (fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Miele washing machine, flat iron and ironing board) and a bathroom/WC with hair dryer and clean towels. The apartment is easily accessible to 2nd floor with stairs. Centralized smoke detection system in operation in the building. An outside smoking area is available in the backyard + small smoking corner within the building. •to get to the kitchen one must walk through one of the bedrooms. •there is no parking on the property. In central Sofia, a paid street parking zone scheme is in force on working days and Saturday from 08.30 to 20.00. The property is in Blue parking zone where parking is limited to 2 hours and the cost is 2 BGN (0.95 euro) per hour. After the permitted time has expired, the vehicle will be removed by towing vehicle. *Electric vehicles are exempt from the city public parking fees. Few private paid parkings are working in the area. •the maximum occupancy is set at 10 persons so any guests above this number will need to find accommodation elsewhere. For maximum comfort 8 persons are recommended (4 double beds, 1 bathroom/WC), however we have 2 extra folding beds and a large couch for up to 10 persons. The two extra folding veds are available for 8+ groups. •In the same building there is a small private kindergarten on the first floor. You could see kids playing in the front garden. One more business is hosted in this building - an "escape room" game, so you could see visitors entering the building to access the escape room. And some of them could be dressed as zombies, please do not get scared. After working hours the building is very quiet.
