Paradise awaits! The house is located a stone's throw from the water, ready for your morning swim. Our cottage is decorated simply and brightly but still with all the amenities you could possibly want. At the dining table, you have the opportunity to look out over the water, listen to the seagulls and think about life at your own pace while eating your meal. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms. There is room for 4 people but we prefer bookings for 2-3 people. Follow our IG account to get a notice when the dates are released (because we are usually booked up within a few hours) ------------- We love children, but this accommodation is for adults only. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for children. We will only accept bookings with adult guests. If a family, the children need to be 16 years of age<. (This is unfortunately due to previous bad experiences and also a safety issue in the form of fall risk (for small children)) We have also not installed wifi in the house because we think the view provides enough stimulation! ;) ------------- Detached villa with two floors. Upstairs: Bedroom (2 single beds) and a small TV corner with two armchairs. Steep and unprotected staircase up. Downstairs: Bedroom (2 single beds), a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven. Open area with dining table and fireplace. Bathroom with spacious shower and a small washing machine. Outdoors: Large open lawn (not fenced) but perfect for soccer, kubb or exercise! Shed with barbecue, sun loungers, tools and all sorts of other stuff at your disposal. There are also two bikes you can use if you want. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house as well as the right storage room outdoors. We hope you will feel calm and be able to relax completely. Everything you find in the house is at your disposal. Other things to note It is important to us that the house is taken care of and respected as if it were your own. Therefore, we will only approve bookings for responsible, pleasant adults with good references. Book our house if you want to take it easy, an oasis and a quiet relaxing break. The house does not have internet installed. Most things are available to borrow such as sun loungers, barbecue, bicycles, detergent, bed linens, towels, clothespins, board games and books. And the very best... a wonderful view that you will not get enough of. We help with the laundry but because the washing machine is a very small model, we may ask you to bring 1-2 sets of sheets if you are 4 people renting as it is difficult to get the laundry done between guests. We hope you are okay with this. (We will only ask for this if you come by car and boat).
