Dalihory can be found on Slunečná louka in the picturesque town of Černý Důl in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains, near a forest and a small tennis court, near the center (5 minutes walk) and a ski resort (10 minutes walk). The exterior and interior combine a sense of modern living and mountain nature, offering pleasant accommodation, views of the surrounding forests, the town and the ski slopes of the nearby ski resort, which is part of the SkiResort Černá Hora ski resort. The space The building consists of 2 separate apartment houses A and B (semi-detached house) with a size of 130m² of living space / 1 half, each with its own entrance, parking, and terrace. Each apartment is rented as a whole. The standard accommodation period in the summer and winter seasons is a week, in the off-season it is possible to stay from 2 nights or more. 1 apartment is for max. 10 people, and is suitable for a larger family, for a group of people, or 2 families. Accommodation with a dog is possible by prior arrangement only in Apartment B. Very practical and pleasant when returning from adverse weather. The bathrooms are also equipped with electric towel for towels. All rooms are individually adjustable. We solve the settings individually according to the wishes of customers. Garden and parking • outdoor terrace with seating in the summer months • under the terrace there is an unfenced garden and the apartments are not separated by a fence • 2 parking spaces in the immediate vicinity at the entrance to the apartment or you can use a free parking lot in front of the garden (you can't claim a parking space) • 2 access roads lead to the house, from the Aurum Hotel or from the main road leading to Janské Lázně, the roads are maintained in the winter months • a socket for charging an electric car, the same for both apartments Meals • individual - you can prepare food in a fully equipped kitchen (shop in the center or Lidl, Penny, Kaufland in Vrchlabí, JIP in Svoboda nad Úpou), or eat in nearby restaurants. Prices include VAT and include: municipal fee 21 CZK / person (18 - 70 years) / night, consumption of electricity and water, bed linen, towels and sheets for the sauna, toilet paper, liquid soap in dispensers, dishwasher tablets (2 pcs per day / apartment), use of the sauna, wood for the fireplace, charcoal (1 bag / stay) for the grill, WiFi internet, parking at the building and final cleaning of the apartment.
