Lovely 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard. Extremely child-friendly! There is a playset and trampoline in backyard, and a huge rock patio with fire pit + lots of outdoor seating. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably, with a fully-stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, (master bath has double sinks,) a laundry room, and living room with Apple TV. It is located 10 minutes outside of Oxford, and is an easy drive to Ole Miss and the Square. Free Fiber-Optic WiFi. The space Our home is a welcoming place, beautifully decorated, yet still extremely functional. There are so many toys and books for families with kids, and we are also open to respectful, quiet college students who need a very budget-friendly option for game weekends and graduation. During summer, spring, and early autumn, enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee on our back patio, surrounded by wisteria and roses. In colder months, curl up on our leather couch or in our cozy reading nook, enjoying the fire in our gas fireplace. Guest access You can utilize any part of our home except the closets, which are off-limits because of our personal clothes and items, and our garage, because there is work out equipment in it.
