Lovely and spacious room in a Victorian house-comfortable, private and quiet in the Morningside area. Private bathroom with bath/shower/toilet next to the room. Towels/bathrobes provided. Coffee/tea making facilities.Small fridge in room. Free WiFi. No breakfast served. No tv. Buses to/from centre of town take 20-25 minutes. Busstop 3 minutes walk from the house. Coffeeshops/restaurants/supermarkets within walking distance. Corner shop for daily essentials. Paid parking in certain areas. The space The room is on the first floor in our Victorian house overlooking the garden. A lovely and quiet place to relax and unwind after a day out. The generous sitting area with two comfortable armchairs, a breakfast table with 2 chairs and a comfortable double bed with double duvet (or two single duvets if you prefer) give the room a homely feel. A wardrobe with drawer and hanging space for your clothes. The private bathroom is right next to the room. Towels and bathrobes are provided. Coffee and tea making facilities. Crockery and cutlery, glasses, bottle opener. Small fridge in the room. Please note that there is no breakfast served and no tv in the room. The corner shop Margiotta’s sells all the essentials like milk, yoghurt, cereals, fruit and lovely fresh bread and croissants if you like to have your breakfast in your room. Please note that there are no cooking facilities in the room and there is no use of the kitchen and no microwave. Please feel free to take any prepared/ready to eat food or take away to your room. Guest access You will have access to the room and private bathroom. Feel free to sit in our lovely garden if the weathers permits. Other things to note We are a shoe free household so please take them off when you enter the house. Please respect our quiet residential area and respect quietness between 10pm-8pm. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in or around the house! Please note that there is no breakfast served and no tv in the room. There is a small fridge in the room. The cornershop Margiotta's sells all essentials if you want to have your own breakfast in the room. There are lots of lovely coffeeshops in Morningside just under 10 minutes walk from our house if you’d like to go out for coffee or breakfast. Please note that there are no cooking facilities in the room and there is no use of the kitchen and no microwave. Please feel free to take any prepared/ready to eat food or take away to your room.
