Nice 20qm² room - Messe - IAA - close exhibition

The property is close to the fair grounds in Hanover (about 2.0km) and Campus Expo Plaza (about 2.2km) in an old monumental than perfect house. The subway stop is vis-a-vis the accommodation. Kitchenette and bathroom are outside the room. To the back of the house is the expansive nature with well-kept gardens, meadows and trees. The space This room with 20sqm is located in the basement - half above and half below the surface - of an old historical building from 1876. In addition to a 100x200 make out of oak bed, there is a leather sofa, an illuminated sideboard and, if requested, a desk and chair can be provided. The room has two windows to the garden. The room is for one (1) person. On request and at additional costs, a second (2) person can sleep, either in a double bed or by placing another single bed. There is a second room with 15sqm. Please ask for it separately. There is a small common kitchen for preparing cold food and a communal bathroom. On request, separate cooking plate and pans can of course be provided. Guest access The house has a front entrance from which one enters the staircase. There is a shared bathroom. A few steps down to the basement the rented room and the kitchenette is located. During your stay I would be glad to answer your questions. I do speak English, German and a mixture from Spanish, French and Italian, the latter needs support by using my hands. Other things to note The room is perfect for exhibition / Messe /trade fair visitors (eg Cebit, Hanover Fair, Hannover Messe, IAA, industrial trade fair, students of all universities), vis-a-vis the subway station „Wiehbergstraße“ and the connection to the main roads is almost perfect in about 2 km. The exhibition ground /fair grounds / Messe is about 2.5km away and can be reached by foot, by bike or by public transport.
