Perfect Holiday Home across road from beach

Renovated five bedroom holiday beach home in the heart of Cowes. Located on a large block in a safe, quiet street, away from holiday crowds but with everything on the doorstep. Great location across the road from a safe swimming beach, and the main shops and restaurants of Cowes are only a 10 minute walk away. The Island offers a wide range of family-friendly attractions and the world-famous Penguin Parade and Phillip Island Nature Parks are a 10 minute drive away. The space The house has been designed for comfortable inside/outside living. It features a verandah out the front with an outdoor setting and BBQ easily accessible from the kitchen. A central living area is divided into two zones, with a fireplace in the centre. The rear of the house opens onto a back deck through large sliding glass doors, and steps down into the garden. The back yard is equipped for active kids, featuring a trampoline, basketball ring and an outdoor shower for your return from the beach. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and all facilities including full kitchen, TV, open fireplace, table tennis table, outdoor furniture and BBQ, basketball ring and trampoline in the back yard. Please note we now have internet access available. The house is perfectly suited for a family holiday and therefore there is a 4 night minimum booking on the property. Other things to note We ask that guests please respect the property and the neighbours. There is a STRICT NO PARTY RULE. No Schoolies and no groups under 25 are permitted to stay at the property. Children staying with their parents are excepted. Any complaints of noise or disturbances, breaches of the house rules or additional guests staying will result in guests being asked to leave the property. Linen and bath towels will be supplied for the number of people you book for. If you prefer to bring your own, please let me know when booking and I can adjust the price. Please remember to bring your own beach towels, and portacot linen and bedding if required. The hot water system is electric and only heats up over night. Guests (especially large groups of 8+ people) need to be water wise and keep showers to a minimum to ensure there is plenty of hot water to last the day.
