Brook/Creekside Is a charming and spacious five-bedroom property in the historic area of Abingdon. The house will sleep maximum of 10 five bedrooms and is in a perfect location for exploring town. The property is situated on a beautiful acre lot with the Old Town Creek running through the back yard. Hop on the sidewalk To enjoy shopping, dining and activities. Enjoy the wonderful outdoor space with two fire pits and outside dining area. The main part of the house includes three bedrooms (2 queens and 4 twins) which will sleep up to 8; 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas as well as a separate den/tv room . A separate lower level a with private entrance includes two bedrooms ( 1 queen and 1 full) with one and a half baths, kitchen, living/dining area. The outdoor spaces are perfect for gathering and include a patio, spacious deck porch with dining area and outdoor fire pit area by the creek. Please note there is no interior staircase between the main house and the downstairs. You access the space from the upper back porch to lower patio. Guests will have access to the entire property. We are located on Abingdon’s oldest residential street which runs parallel to Main Street and is close to many fine restaurants, great shopping and our local brewery. The trail head for the Creeper trail is a 10 minute bike ride from the house. All points of interest in Abingdon are easily reached by walking or biking. Guests will also receive complimentary pastries and juice for their first morning as well as coffee and tea to enjoy during their stay. Catering is available from area chefs and can be arranged through us.
